Q: Do you have a physical store we can visit ?
 
A: Yes, we have a workshop / bead shop in Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire, where we have beads for sale, as well as running daily 'Stay & Make' sessions for kids and adults (Workshops Available January To August Only) ... For opening hours and directions to our store - click here
 
Q: Can We Order Online & Collect From Your Store ?
 
A: If your order is £20+ or above and you live locally (or wish to collect), you can collect from our store in Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire. Payment must be made online at time of order and a note added to your order, requesting collection.
Please note: Our In-store promotion for Loyalty Cards does NOT apply to online purchases, as other incentives are offered to online purchases, such as reduced/free postage costs.
 
Q: What payment methods do you accept ?
 
A: From our web site, you can purchase your goods and process payment through PayPal/Google. No PayPal / Google account is required and you can pay using credit / debit card.
 
Instore, we accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
 
Q: What are your delivery charges ?
 
A: For UK & Northern Ireland (With a UK postcode), we offer FREE postage for orders £20+.
 
A P&P charge of £1.50 is applied to UK & N. Ireland for orders of £19.99 or under.
 
*There Will Be No Courier Service Available Between (And Including) 24th December 2009 - 3rd January 2010 - Please Use Royal Mail Next Working Day Option For Urgent Deliveries
 
If you wish to opt for our courier service (1-2 working days) there is a charge of £5.00 (Please see 'How long does it take to receive my order ?' below) flat fee (regardless of size of order), where a signature will be required for your order ... Please make sure someone is available to accept delivery.
 
We also offer an optional guaranteed next working day (again please see 'How long does it take to receive my order' ? below) delivery service with the royal mail, at a charge of £7.00, regardless of size of order)
 
Southern Ireland & Europe - There is a flat fee P&P charge of £5.00 per order
 
R.O.W (Including America & Canada) - There is a flat fee P&P charge of £14.99 per order
 
Q: How long does it take to receive my order ?
 
A: Our Posting Days are Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri. All orders received on these days before 1.00pm are sent on the same day.
Orders received after 1pm on a Tuesday will be shipped on the following Thursday and all orders received after 1pm of a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. UK Delivery is usually between 1-5 working days. European Delivery is usually between 5-14 days and R.O.W is usually between 7-30 days. If you have not received your goods after the longest time stated, then please use the 'Contact Us' form to let us know.
 
Q: What if I need my Order guaranteed urgently ?
 
A: Please contact us, using the 'Contact Us' menu to confirm stock levels and we will advise of the best method of delivery. We offer a 'Next Day' delivery option on Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri (To receive on the following Monday), either by Royal Mail or Courier ... Again, we will advise of the best method depending upon your location.
 
Q: What quantities will I receive ?
 
A: The title & description, of each product lets you know how many of each product, you will receive
 
Q: Do you have a guarantee ?
 
A: We offer a full guarantee on all our products for 14 days. If you are unhappy with any item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, in the first instance using the 'Contact Us' section of the web site and we will gladly refund or replace any item you are unhappy with. However, postage costs are non-refundable.
