Q: Do you have a printed catalogue ?
A: Our stock is constantly changing, therefore a printed catalogue would soon be out of date. For this reason, our stock is on our website or you are welcome to visit our retail store for an even wider selection of products and services.
Q: Do you have a physical store we can visit ?
A: Yes, we have a workshop / bead shop in Gomersal, West Yorkshire, where we have beads for sale, as well as running daily 'Stay & Make' sessions for kids and adults ... For opening hours and directions to our store - click here
Q: Can We Order Online & Collect From Your Store ?
A: Yes, you can collect from our store in Gomersal, West Yorkshire - just select 'Click And Collect' when selecting your delivery method.
Payment must be made online at time of order. We will then email you to confirm when your order is ready for collection (Usually around 24 hours or less through the week or 48 hours over the weekend)
Please note: Our In-store promotion for Loyalty Cards does NOT apply to online purchases, as other incentives are offered to online purchases, such as reduced/free postage costs.
Q: What payment methods do you accept ?
A: From our web site, you can purchase your goods and process payment through CardSave, PayPal or Google. We do NOT store any credit card information, in any way either electronically or physically.
Instore, we accept cash and all major credit and debit cards via our PDQ machine.
Q: What are your delivery charges ?
A: For UK & Northern Ireland (With a UK postcode), we offer FREE postage for orders £30+.
For UK orders under £29.99, you can select a first class postage option starting from £2.50 (1-2 Days) or from £1.95 for second class post (3-10) days. Neither of these options are guaranteed by the Royal Mail and can take up to 15 working days.
For urgent orders, you may request 'Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery' which is an additional cost of £8.50, which we paypal invoice you for seperately ... To arrange this, please call us on 01274 862211.
Orders £30+ go free of charge in UK and Northern Ireland.
Southern Ireland & Europe - There is a flat fee P&P charge of £7.00 per order
R.O.W (Including America & Canada) - There is a flat fee P&P charge of £40.00 per order
Q: How long does it take to receive my order ?
A: Our Posting Days are Mon - Fri. All orders received on these days before 1.00pm are sent on the same day.
Orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. UK Delivery is usually between 1-15 working days. European Delivery is usually between 5-20 days and R.O.W is usually between 7-30 days. If you have not received your goods after the longest time stated, then please use the 'Contact Us' form to let us know.
Q: What if I need my Order guaranteed urgently ?
A: Please call us to Add 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery' to your order and we'll invoice you for an additional £8.50 to cover these additional postage costs. Providing we receive your payment before 1pm (Monday-Thursday), we'll get your order sent straight out to you, that same day !
We can also send out on a Friday for a Saturday delivery, but the Royal Mail charge an additional cost for this - Initially please email 'sales@bedazzlebeads.co.uk' with your order, requesting a quote for this service.
Q: What quantities will I receive ?
A: The title & description, of each product lets you know how many of each product, you will receive
Q: Do you have a guarantee ?
A: We offer a full guarantee on all our products for 14 days. If you are unhappy with any item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, in the first instance using the 'Contact Us' section of the web site and we will gladly refund or replace any item you are unhappy with. However, postage costs are non-refundable.
