We have a 100% no-quibble return guarantee or exchange policy ... We know how important it is to you to ensure you get the right beads for your designs, so if the beads you buy aren’t to your liking for any reason what so ever, we’ll simply refund or exchange them for you.
Simply ensure they’re unused and in their original packaging and return them to us with a copy of your order within 7 days. To ensure safe return, please ensure that you wrap them in bubble wrap carefully, in a manner that will keep them from harm and return them via your local post office. Please obtain a FREE Certificate of Posting from your Post Office as proof of posting.
When we get the goods back in good condition, we’ll exchange (for an item of the same value) or refund, just let us know on your return order form ... Please ensure your address details are provided, if you wish for an exchange.
