Wow!!!!

My daughter,husband & i visited for the first time &  were welcomed with a coffee and invited to look around until it was time for my daughters lesson in necklace making. Lisa is so experienced and friendly, as is her family, she makes it so easy to understand, whether you are a beginner like my daughter, or more experienced. We had a lovely afternoon & would highly recommend a visit, we will definately be visiting again soon.

As a mum who is wheelchair bound, it is important to be able to do activities with my daughter and as a family, but access is a big problem for me.Not at Bedazzle!!

Everywhere is accessable and I was able to feel free to move around independantly without the fear of knocking something over !

My mum and I visited your store a few weeks ago and were made to feel very welcome.  We were first time beaders and Lisa was very friendly and helpful. There is a huge range of beads and items and we came away very pleased with our purchases.

A couple of days ago I ordered for the first time on-line and found everything on the web pages easily accessible.  My goods arrived today as you stated in your e-mail, and I find the service is exceptionally speedy and courteous. I ordered a watch face from Bedazzle Beads. It was to replace an identical one I'd used in the past to make a watch for my friend. My friend loved the watch, but she lost the glass from the watch face. I finally found this identical one at Bedazzle and it arrived within two days. I have re-threaded my friend's watch and she will be delighted (I haven't sent it to her yet, it will be a suprise for her!). I've placed a couple of orders and have been very happy with my beads and findings. I have found the website a little difficult to use - not always clear where to find particular items, so navigating to them can take quite a long time. however, using the 'Search' facility helps, if searching through categories is problematic.

I found the link to the website on a craft fair site and decided to have a look, as you are a local business. I was really impressed with the site, the descriptions are spot on, photos are excellent and the prices are second to none. All of the handmade jewellery is beautiful. The quick and efficient delivery is so helpful, no more waiting for ages when you need to finish a project!

I am fairly new to beading but am hoping to set up a small business and have found everything that I could possibly need at Bedazzle. The regular subscription updates are so useful, filled with tips and advice on all aspects of beading and jewellery making.

After loving the website we made a trip to the store. You were both really helpful and made us feel very welcome. The store is absolutely lovely, with loads of parking. With so many beads to choose from it was quite hard to only get what I needed.

I've just discovered this site and placed my first order. I was really impressed with the fact that the order arrived next day and the small error was resolved above & beyond the call of duty! Low postage charges means that you can order small one off items (don't we always forget something?) but the overriding impression from this business is one of real friendliness and help. I have bought beads and various accessories from your company over the last couple of years for my young daughter. Now at 13 yrs old, she is spreading her wings and wants to move on to designs that are more intricate.  The latest order of beads, with the booklet that she chose was immediately pounced upon when she arrived home from school; she is now planning which necklace/bracelet to do.
